STEPHEN I. MURDOCH

Stephen Murdoch has been working as a journalist and writer since 1999. He has written on a wide range of subjects—from legal policy and psychology, to travel and topical commentary. In 2006, Murdoch was a weekly columnist for the Santa Barbara News-Press. He has also contributed to Newsweek, Marketplace (a radio show carried by many NPR stations), The Washington Post, The Christian Science Monitor, The Washington Lawyer, The Boston Globe and other publications. Murdoch is represented by William Clark, a literary agent in New York City. www.wmclark.com.

In the 1990s, before becoming a writer, Murdoch was a human rights lawyer in Cambodia and practiced civil litigation in Washington. Murdoch currently lives in Santa Barbara, California with his wife and three daughters.
